His Eminence the Sultan of Sokoto meeting with then-US Secretary of State John Kerry in Sokoto in 2016.

The Center for the Study of Monarchy, Traditional Governance, and Sovereignty is unique in the world, and attempts to understand the wide range of factors which make institutions which are rooted in the history and popular cultures of their peoples important to stability and progress, and, indeed, to the definition of sovereignty and international relations. Our work is designed to be of practical assistance to societies, their governing institutions, and to the monarchical and traditional leaderships. We are open to cooperation with, and assistance from, institutions, governments, and individuals around the world.

The Center is part of The International Strategic Studies Association (ISSA), which is registered in the United States as a non-profit, tax-exempt educational foundation [a 501(c)3 corporation under US tax code], so contributions from within the US are tax-exempt.

Please call Pamela von Gruber, the Executive Director of ISSA, to discuss ways in which you can participate in, or financially contribute to, the Center, and to discuss the benefits from such activities. As noted, we also welcome participation in the forms of studies, research, books, and other forms of assistance.
